This coffee has that real WOW factor and its something you notice litterally straight out the box, with such a distinctive sweet aroma. It has been a real pleasure to show off some of the great produce coming out of Riverdale Estate India. This coffee is my first filtered coffee, but can also we used as an espresso. A wonderul addition to the Melbourne Coffee Roasting Co. line up, offering a great point of difference. A real feature is the distinctive aroma of the coffee due to the natural permentation process the beans go through over a 72 hour period.
The coffee has a stewed strawberry and milk chocolate flavour to it with notes of cherry ripe. The coffee finishes off with a hint of cedar.
