Thank you for shopping with Melbourne Coffee Roasting Co. We hope that you are happy with your purchase.
However if you are not satisfied in any way , you may return it to us with a full refund.

Returns
All returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. All items must be new and in a unused condition. With all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service on melbournecoffeeroastingco@gmail.com
Mail your return to the folloing address:
" Roast Lab " 2/18 Buch Avenue, Epping VIC 3076 "
Please note you will be responsible for any shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to track your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the item, we will process your refund,please allow at least 7-14 days for your payment to be processed. We will notify you by email to let you know that your payment has been processed.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact customer service to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note:
If the purchaser considers the goods received to be faulty, the purchaser is to ship them back to Melbourne Coffee Roasting Co. at their expense. If the fault is found to be genuine these postage costs will be refunded in full and either a refund or exchange goods will be sent at no further cost. Alternatively, if the product is determined not to be faulty there will be an additional charge incurred to return the goods to you.

All prices shown on the Melbourne Coffee Roasting Co. online store are in Australian dollars (AUD). All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by the payment gateway. All prices are inclusive of GST for Australian customers.
